ChopChop Studio is a blend of my full-time work as an international tax consultant and my passions for pottery and painting. Making art gives me a peaceful escape from the demands of everyday life. In my home studio, I celebrate the quiet poetry of food, home life and appreciate the beauty of everyday objects. I blend an analytical mind with an intuitive visual language, creating artwork that is both thoughtfully composed and warmly accessible.
What began as small sketches and ceramics inspired by favorite foods, kitchen tools, and daily rituals gradually grew into a personal practice rooted in attentiveness and delight. My paintings and pottery honor the objects people reach for every day — a cake, a crumpled pastry bag, a humble wooden spoon — I hope my art can be something fun and playful, it doesn't have to be something that is protected behind glass in a museum.
Through ChopChop Studio, I hope to bring a little calm and joy into your space, whether it's as a decorative piece or a small part of your daily routine.
